Saumitrra Paliwal is an independent  practicing advocate in the Bombay High Court. After completing her education, she joined her father’s chamber in 2009, where she practiced before the High Court of Bombay, Nagpur bench, as well as the subordinate courts and tribunals.

She has principal experience in appearing before the Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court. She takes up matters before District Courts, Family Courts, State Commissions, District Forums, Industrial and Labour Courts, to name a few. Her area of interest includes practice in Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Family Law, Property Law, Criminal Law, Arbitration, Consumer Law, etc. She has been associated with many private and corporate clients and has represented them as well. Some of them are A2Z group, Nuvoco Vistas group, Bajaj Auto, Ola, Amazon, Sapphire foods, Flipkart, Shopclues, Yatra.com, Panasonic, Tata, Zomato, Zoom car, etc.

She completed her degree in BA LLB (5 year course) from G.H Raisoni Law School, Nagpur in the year 2009.
